We understand that life can get busy, and your financial goals may change. If you’ve made the decision to deactivate your account on our Joola App, we’re here to guide you through the process. Remember, you can always come back and join us again in the future! 😊

Step 1: Log In
Start by logging into your Joola App account using your username and password.

Step 2: Go to Account Settings
Once you’re logged in, navigate to your account settings. You can tap on the menu icon located in the top left corner of the screen.

Step 3: Find the Deactivate Account Option
Scroll down through your account settings until you find the “Deactivate Account” option. Click on it to proceed.

Step 4: Fill in the Fields
You’ll be asked to provide some information to help us with your account deactivation. Please fill in the required fields, such as your reason for leaving and any additional comments you may have. Your feedback is valuable to us!

Step 5: Confirm Deactivation
Once you’ve filled in the necessary information, click the “Deactivate My Account” button. A confirmation prompt will appear asking if you’re sure you want to deactivate your account. Confirm your decision.

Step 6: Check Your Email
After completing the deactivation process, you will receive an email from us within 1-3 business days confirming that your account has been successfully deactivated.

Before you deactivate

If you have any balances or pending transactions when you attempt to close, you will be prompted to address those before closing your account.
